Farm Animals!! Wild Animals!!! Animals all over!!!!!

Every now and then, you want more than the game provides.  This is a set of animals I have created, to liven things up in your games. They will behave like the pets from which they are cloned, but look pretty cool.  This started out because I wanted more farm animals than just the cows and chickens, so I decided to see if I could create a "sheep" and a "pig", using dogs as a base, so I could have moving animals and not just a custom statue of them.  They turned out well enough that I decided to see what else I could create.  These are the results.  There is a farm set, and a wild set.  Each animal has a picture of the sim version and the real thing.  Thirteen animals in all!

FARM SET:

We have horses, and cows, and chickens, but did you ever want more? Well, now you can have them (sort of!). Meet the sims farm set.

We start with Sally Sheep.

She might bark now and then, but she'll still look pretty nice in a sheep pen. Cloning to make a male means you can breed as well. Sally is a sheep-dog in the truest sense of the word!

Next up is Percival Pig.

Alright, he's a little on the skinny side; but you can fatten him up. He's very messy, at least!

The third animal is Darren Donkey.  Before you ask, no, this wasn't meant to be a Bewitched joke, though after watching the series on disc, the humor wasn't lost on me.  Endora would love this one.

He's a quiet little beast. Perfect for a peaceful country farm.

Finally, we have a rather odd horse....or is it a pony? It is! It's a Sims Little Pony. In pink!

She's fast, though not trained, and ready to work her way into the hearts of little girl sims everywhere.

WILD SET:

Do your sims have weird dreams of owning wildlife? Have they always wanted to have a more exotic pet? Well, now they can, with varieties from forests and jungles available. Unlike standard wild animals, these are even safe! Well, mostly; some have a bit of a bad temper.

First up is my personal favorite, Frank Fox.

This little fellow is a lot more tame than you'd expect, though he's still an excellent hunter.

Has your sim ever wished for a less annoying version of that pesky raccoon that's always into the trash?  Now they can have one! Presenting Ricky Raccoon!

Less likely to make messes, but still pretty darn cute!

Another forest creature is the Bear Cub.

Yes, he's more likely to bark than climb a tree, but he's also less likely to cause your sim serious harm. Guaranteed not to raid bee hives, or steal picnic baskets.

The final forest creature is Wanda Wolverine.

She may be small, but she's still feisty, and an excellent hunter. She'll also make as much mess as her larger forest cousins, so be warned!

For the really wild side, you can get a Micro Lion!

While he barks instead of roars, he's also less likely to make a meal out of his owners, as a real lion might do! Much safer, don't you think?

If he needs something to chase, try the Zany Zebra!

Untrained, but fast as the wild, this one is a challenge to horse-loving sims!

Or, you could go for a Baby Leopard.

Or a Tiger Cub!

Both of these are genetically engineered to guarantee that they grow no larger than a standard house cat. That way, they don't end up eating your sims!

Want a taste of Madagascar? Then you want Lenny Lemur.

He's a great addition for those wanting more exotic pets.

So, if you are looking for something different for pets, or to round off a farm or zoo, you have a few more choices! I'd love to see pictures of how you use these in your games. If any of you have made your own "wild animals", I'd like to see those as well. Enjoy, and don't get bitten!

Note, as with all of my creations, fell free to use them in your games as you wish, but don't take credit for the work.  For any of these, you can easily create a clone in Create-a-Sim, and make the clone the opposite sex, and also change any traits that you wish.  For the wild animals with markings, I would strongly advise against changing those, because some of the were not easy to place!  With one male and one female, though, you can breed these critters, and have babies running around!  What fun!
