World of Sports for The Sims 3! - LINKED

UPDATE: The ice cream stand was apparently preventing the lot from uploading, so it's been removed, and the download link is now included.  You can still download the stand (links below) and add it if you want.

 This lot was created from memories of a place I visited as a teenager, with the same name.  It had a bowling alley, roller skating rink, arcade games, bar, some pool tables, and refreshments.  Later, they changed the skating rink to a theater.  Fun place for all the high school kids, as you can imagine.

My Sims 3 version is even more fun.  It includes roller skating and a theater (two screens on two levels), plus a ten-lane bowling alley, bars, a stage for a band (so you can use it as a Late Night lot if desired), a restaurant, climbing walls, arcade, pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, a gyroscopic conductor, and even a mechanical bull.

The arcade is packed with games:

Plenty of games for all interests, in a cool dim atmosphere with stars all around.

As you can see, it's a busy place, with plenty to hold your sims' interest for many hours.  The lot is 60x60, but you can place it on a 64x64.  If you do want the correct size lot, you can add it using this mod by velocitygrass - Any Lot Size

This is only decorative, but there are plenty of refreshments in that area already, and it looks pretty cool.

The final piece is the lettering used for the exterior sign, from BrandonTR at The Sims Resource -

These are very handy for any lot where you might want a custom sign, and should prove very useful.

 I believe that's all of the custom content used on the lot.  You could, if you want, add in some bowling alley items, or pool room items, which are available online.  You can find a rack for bowling balls and a score book here - ATS Misc. Decor, and some pool room items here - Billiard Set .
